Well if the club wants to make a move on Hynes they better hurry up. Broncos have made their offer and apparently St George and Canberra are set to make offers.

I think one needs to stay and its SJ for me, they both stay more than likely if we don't bring in another half

Agree, and i've always thought SJ will stay, just horseplay/Argey Bargey going on, Settle at Market Value, give him 2 yrs, happy days. Moyzza match payments or Bye Bye.

Fair point, but SJ played most of last year and Kennedy wasn’t producing like he is this year. That could be because of the off-season he had and the added confidence that gives - rather than just being with Moyza.

Happy to be wrong. I think SJ is great for the club.

It's just natural progression.

If it was truly the case, which I don't think it is, that Kennedy could only play well with Moylan then they can both leave.

I don’t get it. Some people people were happy to pay Reynolds $800,00 + to get him. 31 years old and you’ll get 1 maybe 2 good years out him but baulk at paying $600-700 for a 24 year old heading to his prime. Who offers better value?
If he was no good, why is Bellamy trying so hard to keep him?

Who said he's no good?

I’m not saying anyone said he was no good. People are questioning how he would go outside the Storm system.
I believe he will be good no matter where he goes. Bellamy obviously does too because he doesn’t want him to leave.

How would Hynes go in the old version of the game, without an exhausted, retreating defence?

What if V'landys makes a snap decision to go for a version of the game which is half way between the old and the new?

Does Hynes have a long pass? Serious question, maybe he does.

Mate he's played 21 NRL games, 11 of them from the bench. People need to calm down.

Thresher, he csn throw a nice long pass.

The only reason he hasn’t played more is because he’s behind the number one 5/8 in the world and Papanhauzen. Otherwise he would have played a lot more.

All I’m saying is that he’s the best halves option available. He’s young, from a good system and if we don’t have a go for him we will regret it.

Yeah halves options may become available, or they may not. If its a 2 year deal I think its worth the gamble at this stage as he looks very likely to kick on. 500k I'm very happy with. Essentially the same as Kennedy is on and Hynes is arguably looking better (although being in a good side must be acknowledged).

get hynes.
make it happen

disappointed we ain't even talking to him
F*** I hope Fitz is

After McInnes I'm not taking silence to mean we aren't talking to anyone. I trust mooney to get done what needs to get done.

Yep this would be the sensible approach.

George Williams is on the market, maybe not homesick after all and just wants out of Canberra and Stuart ??
