Getting rid of fifita to get capewell back, not prior, according to buzz

To start at second row? Capewell is great but Nikora is starting to come good again. Guess it's a good problem to have though.

Getting rid of Fifita to bring back Prior according to buzz
He didn’t mention Prior in his comment. Were you just making an assumption it was him?

Prior is turning 34 this year was past his best when he left us a few years ago.

Capewell makes sense. We didn’t want him to go and he’s kicked on a bit. Not sure if he starts or keeps that utility value.

I’d be happy with Capewell but why would he want to come back?

Graham is our starting left back rower and he is not likely to displace him.
That means playing him out of position or utility.
plus we couldn’t/ didn’t offer him an extension when we had the chance when he was here even though he wanted to stay.

I read a while back Capewell might be forced out of the Panthers due to cap issues and trying to retain all their players.

Titans have made an offer to Daryl Clark (hooker in the super league and former man of steel)

Manly have pulled there offer to Nathan brown.

Capewell is a good player just not what we need. I really think Teig will be a good NRL second rower and we have Wade, Talekii, Nikora and McInnes coming to play lock.

I’m fine getting Capewell back but probably agree.

I think our props are the biggest issue.

Strike centre

And a fullback but Kennedy has been good

Happy to have Capewell, can fill in as a centre when need be. Feel like his game has elevated since going to Penrith too.

We are a good halfback away from top 4 - Adam Reynolds would change everything and we should be throwing the kitchen sink at him. Him and SJ in the halves would be killer. Throw in a strike Centre and with Cameron coming on board next year we would look 100x better

I'm still not convinced with Kennedy. He's improved for sure, but so has every fullback in the comp.

The new rules suit them.

I like the idea of pairing Johnson with the best half back we can get. Johnson has 3 years left, let's have a red hot crack now.

I like Reynolds and would like to get him, just don't know if now is the right time given his age and potential cost.

As I've said before, it's only a viable option for mine if we can move on Chad. That would be a great outcome.

Brown said on Warriors TV over here they need an experienced half... We can offer a Premiership winning half
