It can go the other way as well Tiger, players that might have been 50/50 about joining us may be switched on us having DCE on our books.

We pretty much have the team in place to challenge imo if we land him. It's just a matter of upgrading the youngsters when required and buying the odd standard forward, not star forwards.

So I'm not overly worried about not being able to attract other players, or should I say being able to afford them.

agreed, I think what Melbourne does in having a relatively cheap forward pack is the way to go, money to be spend in other more key positions, just need a few cheap pigs that will do nothing but tackle and run
