It looks like we missed signing 21 year old Parra Centre Jacob Loko over a $20,000 shortfall.
Perhaps was not meant to be, he has had quite a few past injuries ( then again Gagan has had a few too).
At least we are still in the market searching for a Centre

If true, that's a real shame. Loko is quality and one of the few shining lights in that Parra side

Very much agreed. Wasn't to hard to stand out in that side, but he really did well. Would of been a good pick up.

Prospects don't come much better than loko, is already a top attacking centre. Would be a shame if we did miss out.

Good point, that "20k shortfall" might have turned into 40k, then 60k as well

I also hear we made inquiries about Cameron Smith along with about 14 other clubs. Quick everyone get a ****ing hard on!!!!!!!

First post in over 6 months, g'day again everyone! Just interested in knowing, are the rumours true that we have signed Siosaia Vave again or was that just rumour I heard that didn't eventuate? Confirmed signings I know are Grothe jr. Daniel Holdsworth, Matt Prior, Blake Ayshford, Arona from the Roosters and a young bloke called Jacob Gagan,any other signings I have missed out on? Cheers guys

lote is made out of match sticks now. broke his arm twice didnt he lately. he is a walking disaster. grothe is an unknown on bugger all who has had time out of the game and his body by all accounts is in good knick.

i know which of the two i would prefer.

We should have bought both and tacked together their working body parts to make one fit player.

I'd say the two would be on around the same amount. One has played for Australia since the other retired and was in good form at the end of last year.

Grothe's body may be just as bad it's just he hasn't been playing at a professional level since 2010.
