So, do we now groom Nu Brown as our future number 9? From what I've seen of them both they are very different, Brown has more zip whereas Lichaa is seen to be more creative. Surely De Gois and J-Mo won't be here next year.

I can live with that. Sure I'd like to keep Lichaa but I do believe he's getting way to much hype and seems to think he doesn't have to earn his spot in the squad. And secondly signing with the Dogs this early in the season when they just renewed Ennis is abit stupid if you ask me. He'll unlikely get much game time this year if he signs elsewhere and with our current hookers could be a shoe in for a starting spot. At the Dogs best case he'll be bench hooker next year.

I'd happily take Ballin off Manly if they don't want him.

no, but the dogs arent the only team interested in him, nor the only team he is interested in im told

Has to be more to it than that. He is virtually assured of as much first grade as he wants next year. No better club to be at as a young hooker.

Because he is ten times better than DeGois or Morris. Our squad is old and we need to challenge for the premiership soon if we want to take advantage of a lot of our talent. Ballin takes us a big step closer to contending.

No he isn't a match winner but he would solidify one of our major weaknesses.

Doesn't make us a cotender by himself but solves one of our three major issues (hooker/half/centre).

I dont. hes just an average hooker. lichaa is a far better prospect.

ballins doesnt really fix any of that. a 31 y/o (next year) hooker who's main assett is defence. that's what morris and IDG are.
