I can't say can them or agree to it, I don't know what our finances are, how much it would cost us to run it by ourselves or what they are contributing.

I'm hearing the newtown nsw cup agreement is becoming tricky. Apparently they only want to take 6 of our players so the club has no idea what they are going to do with the rest of our reserve graders

Before it was signed there would have been an agreement that stated a bit more than "Hey wanna play wif us next year?" "Yeah oright", "K see ya in Nov".

Surely?

If what 101 says is true I'd be more worried about what it'd cost us to stick with that arrangement.

We've finally got some decent depth but how good will it be if a bunch are just training and either in firsts or on the cans at Henson Park?

Wow if dragons do get Kasiano they will have the biggest front row between Kasiano and Rose!

I would happily take those 2 onto our bench - I like that fact that they are not just big but they run straight and hard. Genuine prop forwards, something we are short on

Bonus that Kasiano has some ball skills and a wicked offload

They would have got George on the cheap but Sam would cost them a bucket load.

Don't worry, the chance of Gallen playing against us in One of his 9 NRL games a season is pretty low.

IF (and that's a big if), IF he did leave, I reckon there is every chance he would play us in ever game possible. Including trials, nines, tiddly winks etc etc
Gal would mark it down as if it was a 4th (and sometimes 5th) SOO game each year and would tear us a new one!
I'm on the "wouldn't want to see him go" band wagon.

Why do you presume he hates the club?

Gal would overplay his hand, hog the ball, give away penalties and throw wayward passes in his efforts for vengeance. How is this bad for us again?

Doesn't mean I want him to go...and would hate to see him ever in another teams colours and playing against the Sharkies

Maybe, but the forwards would know they've just played a game of footy!
Crunch!
I can see the physio's would need to be paid overtime!

I don't presume that he does, but more often than not, players tend to lift another gear when they leave a club and then play against them.

Gal already does that. Could you imaging him playing against and old team!

I don't even want to entertain the thought of Gal playing for anyone but us in the NRL, but I agree. He'd play like a man possessed against his old Club, especially if things ended badly which if Gal were to play elsewhere you'd imagine we wouldn't part ways on good terms.

It'd be a smart **** like Gould, Bellamy, Hasler, Toovey who'd snap him up too and they'd have him play like its Origin 3 every week.

I agree , they add a bit of size and straight hard running, wonder why we did not bother not as if they would cost a motsa.

I don't reckon Kasiano would of been cheap, unless that ankle is really bad - which wouldn't surprise me those things would be subject to enough pressure to form diamonds.

Is he still under contract with Dogs but cause I think he had a decent deal with them. No doubting Dragons need punch up front though and surely not all their offloading of players was to accommodate Marshall.

Agree....... and I would also hate to see him play for another team he has gone through some very tough times with us and stuck with us when he could have got bigger bucks elsewhere.
