Funny that. I renewed my membership on line. I had no problems following the sequence and filling in boxes.

I know Jess and the other membership girls and they are tops. Hard working and dedicated. Unfortunately they have to deal with a membership of mixed intellect.

I know I'm supposed to be in hibernation but gee Woody you know how to make friends don't yo? Mixed intellect? How are we supposed to interpret that? How do you know if people ****ed up their order? Did you see all the online applications? Were you there when the delivery process was taking place.

If an order has been made incorrectly the last thing they should be doing as a professional unit is blaming the customer. Probably a lot of people may not be used to doing it online and have trouble with the antiquated system you refer to.

I saw many an account on here how the membership team handled things and it was a far cry from what it should be. And no, I don't think people made things up, if they were happy with the service you wouldn't get so many complaints.

It's the fundamental error of a shoddy organisation's first thought - can't be us that's at fault let's blame someone else.
No company will get very far if they treat their customers like ****.

I hope you are right and the new additions can sort out the mess. It's needs one big overhaul that's for sure.

You insult him for being a child yet he still manages to know more about footy than mr I've been a member since I was spat out of some loose beaver in 1967 woody. Like your age somehow makes you a better supporter? **** off with that attitude.

Seems like you're happy to dish it out when its uncalled for but when someone dare give it back to you, you can't handle it.

Mate if you're referring to Capital Shark that's just one person. Yes he agreed he stuffed up but how do you know others did rather than the membership team?
Well you know me in real life and they stuffed up my membership this season and admitted it was their mistake.

I'm probably lying though..
