Broncos perhaps have some negotiating power to get a deal done though if warriors would like to keep Arthurs

What ever happened to Ash Taylor at the Warriors? Can’t be worse than Johnson.

Hip dead. Retired.

As for Walsh sounds like Walsh and his missus have split up and they have a kid so he doesn’t wanna leave Qld now

The idea of Moylan playing centre was floated around a bit over the last couple of years. But IMO he would get found out way to often out on the edge. Plus doesn’t have the speed and agility to match the better centres out there. Pass from me.
Well put him at 14, he can play lock off the bench😄

Would love him but I reckon he'd cost too much, we could maybe better use that money elsewhere.

I'd love him too but agree, plus I feel we have a fair few middle forwards in the squad next year as it is.

Can't see him leaving either. Raiders will pay him big time, especially with Papalli closer to retirement they need a main stay forward.

but that is exactly where we need to spend money, on a big marquee forward

we are really only missing out on someone like him from being a proper top 4 team
I'm not disagreeing, just think it would cost too much to get him to leave Canberra.

I personally think this is another opportunity for Flanju to make a wise decision but unfortunately think he is again making the wrong one IMHO.

A 2-3 yr stint in ESL would do wonders to his game and give him a kick start (and more importantly, more confidence) to come back better for an NRL gig.

Time will tell I guess.

The Mole: Kyle Flanagan rejects big offer to leave Bulldogs.

Bulldogs halfback Kyle Flanagan has rejected a huge offer to move to English Super League immediately.

Flanagan has struggled to perform at a consistent level at Belmore and Bulldogs officials believe a couple of years in England would help him regain his confidence and reset his game.

English club Hull FC, coached by former Wests Tigers star Brett Hodgson, has made Flanagan an attractive approach.

But Flanagan, in conjunction with his father, former Sharks' premiership winner Shane, has dug his heels in and wants to remain at the Bulldogs under interim coach Mick Potter.

Flanagan's game has improved since Potter took over the reins but he still appears to lack the confidence and experience to steer an NRL team around the paddock.

I'd take Haas over him but you wouldn't complain with either that's for sure.

I don't think any sane person on the planet would disagree HB. Tapine is just entering his prime and I think we see his best footy in the next 3-4 years, I'd be willing to pay for that to be in BWB.

Scariest thing about Payne is he's probably 4-5 years away from his prime.

95 % of Props don’t hold their peak for more than a couple of years. ( still stay good but not at their peak )
You really don’t want to be paying a prop at the top of their game imo.
You want to sign them before they peak or you end up paying overs for the 2nd half of the contract.
