im only offering 4 years to elite players like finucane and to a degree mcinnes

i wouldnt have cared if we gave hynes 4 either

klemmer though, 3 years at a good price is a no brainer

Klemmer has played in sht teams his whole career - offer him 450 with the lure of everything else and I reckon he takes it

Good luck getting Toby to trim his locks, in interviews he basically says it’s a superstition of his, he plays like rubbish when it’s not long.
Do you lads really want him to miss more tackles & errors than he’s already doing?

There was never an open window for Eels. They're a blowfly repeatedly flying face first into the glass - they can see where they wanna get but like the blowy has no ****en idea why it can't.

SHARKS THROW FORMER RAIDER A LIFELINE

—David Riccio

Cronulla have extended an NRL lifeline to former Raiders forward Kai O’Donnell after his first-grade career appeared over.

Regarded by the Raiders as physical and a dedicated trainer, O’Donnell will join the Sharks’ bubble later this week after signing a train and trial contract for the remainder of the season.
The 98kg lock-forward was reluctantly released by the Raiders last month as a result of the club needing to cap the amount of players that were allowed to relocate to their Queensland hub at 30.

With no NSW Cup fixtures during the current pandemic, coupled with the Raiders quality of depth in their pack, the 22-year-old accepted his release to take up a contract playing with the Mackay Cutters.

O’Donnell played four matches for the Raiders in 2020 — scoring a try against the Sharks last year — and will be considered by Cronulla coach Josh Hannay over the next fortnight.

He was originally brought to Canberra by Peter Mulholland, the Raiders’ recruitment boss.

Whitbread we had supposedly been interested in has signed with Leigh effective immediately (as has Sam Stone)

Funny that our player who was linked to them, ended up replacing players who went to that same club (assuming nene went to the Titans)

I can understand why, he’s never impressed me & what I do remember is him making bad defensive reads & costly missed tackles, if there’s anything he does ok it’s running the right lines
