im not sure if this is online or not but we have had two discussions with nathan brown, but parramatta are now expected to meet his demands

it was never a wage issue with them it was the years, they didn't want to offer 4 but will now as we did

manly screwed him, they agreed a number with him and sent him a contract offer with much less

Damn Brown would have been perfect. Even if we're not serious about players hopefully we're making other clubs pay more or longer for players.

Well said. I'd rather 2 years too, but he plays with his head and doesn't run much anyway. His team mates laughed about "his little legs" when he scored a few weeks ago.

He could be the Tom Brady type for us. Organising well and his kicking game is probably the best in the comp. He could play in a dinner suit.
Yeah his kicking game is awesome. We’ll just need other players to do the things he’s doesn’t. I’d love a Jamie Lyon style centre. A centre who plays like third half.

On a serious note, I wonder if Nicho Hybes could do a job @ centre, I reckon he’d go well as a secondary half outside of Reynolds too plus I reckon he’d at least be keen if we offered him a run on spot every week along with decent $$$ without having to outlay anywhere near what SJ would want.

IMO, he’d be great to have on the 13 or in our system, you know we have a real good fullback back up as well.

That is the role he played for a while at the Sunny Coast. Centre when Hughes and Paps played, but into the spine when either of them didn’t.

Reynolds first kick last night was a shocker but his kicking game was almost perfect after that.

Me too. Even the best kickers make mistakes, how good was he after that though.

We sure could do with it.

He also led the kick chase a number of times which was good to see. Reminded me a bit of Kimmorely.
