If it ends up happening & he chooses us, one person who would be filthy I'd imagine would be Phil Gould, always disliked us, always loved Melbourne & Bellamy.

that's a myth - gould lives in the area and son has been in our junior systems, he has said positive things about our club in the past, has a soft spot for us i reckon as well as Gal

Like a mal meninga type

but alot better

Imagine the shenanigans those two could cook up!

every premiership would have a * but who cares . not what you know it's what you can prove

If there is any coach out there that’s legit better then Flanagan it’s Bellamy... getting Bellamy on board is the best signing we could land in today’s game.

Robinson but there would be less appeal for him to make a move to a club like ours at this stage of his career

Imagine the players in the sheds at half time after a torrid 40 mins sitting down relaxing waiting for good mate Johnny Morris to walk into the lockers to give them some gentle pointers.

Then Bellamy appears, shuts door behind him and locks it.... "Johns in the can so thought we would have a chat"
Players: oh ****

Club gunna have to invest in some heavy duty door hinges and esky lids

As if Bellamy needs a bargaining chip. Most clubs would step over their grandma to sign him.

Anyone with Robinson’s roster and resources has it easy - Flanagan built the Sharks from the ground up with less literally tiling the floors, but I agree Robinson will be in that top 3 between them.

Those half time speeches from Bellamy would be next level the way he rips players apart

yes true, but it seems like when a top end player is talking to clubs; then sharks get mentioned in the media; the power clubs up the muscle and offer a better package. this is not a player scenario, but smells like it.

if we can snare bellamy. wow...would be a great acquisition to the club

Riccio has leaked 3 things the club didnt want out

Aramex
McInnes
Bellamy

Old bald head is burning his bridges

I don’t get this view.
Riccio has a job to do.

Should be shooting the weak link in the club.

Not the messenger.

This is what I said on the previous page but everyone seemed to either not get it or ignored it.

Riccio’s job is to report the news. It’s the idiots on the board’s job to keep their mouths shut.

One of the biggest problems that is hurting the winning culture of the club is complacency. Losing games we’re expected to win because our blokes turn up and just expect to win without much effort, it’s been a problem for years. If there’s one guy that stamp out that poison, it’s Bellamy. A Bellamy spray at training after an arrogant complacent performance against a **** team we lose to can make the biggest egos in that team feel 1 foot tall.

We kinda won the majority of games we were meant to last year though. It was the top 8 teams we couldn't beat.

Riccio was on Vossys show and talked about it. Only went for a few minutes and nothing much that’s not been said.

- been many attempts to meet in person but with Covid it’s been all calls and texts etc. imo a reason why it’s stayed so secret.

- thinks we’re a red hot chance and it’s been very positive.

- doesn’t expect an answer for a couple of weeks. The sooner the better imo.

Michael Lichaa has gotten into a bust-up with a current NRL player (rumoured to be a particular Bulldogs forward) and has been allegedly charged by police
