Bird has played 1/3 of games he could have. If he signs for 300k and that trend continues, his per match rate would be the same as a 900k player that plays every game.

another full NRL pre season for players like Mulitalo,Rudolph, Billy, Trindall, Katoa, Wilton, Tracey etc will do wonders for them.

Just focus on keeping the talents we have within the squad.

Yeah I’d agree with that. Maybe a cheap forward as insurance for the young guys but that’s about it.
