Opposite. There is 200k allowance to give to eligible players. Which if u have a few, doesnt stretch far

Is it worth trying to give any of our existing players a shot there? For example Feki or Gray?

Btw ... Income tax in Ontario is roughly 1/3 of what Ricky would be paying in NSW.

Lots of players eligible to get extra from that $200k now - which is why I removed that from the signings thread - that site Mr Wright posted doesn’t show the full criteria though. There are still some concessions for developing players. Will add some notes on that when I update the signings thread for Ricky’s departure.

Just checked .. in addition to what Mr wright posted, the other criteria is a player under 22 who was with the club for two years before signing an NRL contract. Lots of players would fit this - both Braileys, Val, Katoa. Bukuya and Chad would be detabals because they technically fit this but left and came back.

Players that have been with us for 8 years or been in any teams top squad for 10 years or more it seems.
