I'd rather Chad and Wayne in the halves with Moylan fullback. And I'm not as critical of Val at fullback as others.

Seggy should stay on the bench. He had a very disrupted season last year. Should be better next year, I think.

I'm still struggling to believe that we can afford all of these expensive players. Maybe Gray and Edrick are on much less than what was reported.

Wonder if that extra $$$$ will get us Crichton next year if he signs on for 2019. Imagine running out 2018 Dugan, Moylan, Pearce and Crichton ...
That’s would even surpass my wife and her epic shopping benders she goes on.

I would say Gal and Lewis money will go towards Chricton for 2019

1. Moylan 3. Dugan 5. Val 6. Chad 7. Pearce 9. Brailey 14. Seggy/Paulo

That's the best team we could field. Moylan would be deadly at the back for us, but it just makes me worried how Holmes will react to being put back to the wing.

That's the dream. I like chad but I'd flick him/drop him for Pearce and to keep val at 1
this is how I see things panning out. Not fair on Chad, but business is business. If he can score a good contract elsewhere I'd be happy to let him go so Holmes can go back to FB

I think some photos of you guys are a bit harsh on the Chad.

I see Pearce and Townsend as pretty similar in standard. So if we can only have one, we might as well settle with the status quo.

Pearce AND Townsend on the other hand would be a very, very handy combo.

No one wants to loose Val , But in the future if it occurred , so be it . A classy winger can always be replaced with a young , big , strong , stepping , speed machine eventually .
I like the sound of Pearce / Chad in the halves
And the 2nd receiving Barba like Moylan at Fullback .
Duges / Val on the right would be Lethal ( next year )
Lutes , / Wade / Feki getiing better and better on the left
What's not to like ?
GO FOR IT !

We need more attack to go back to the premiership threat level. Moylan / Chad or even Moylan / Pearce is a step backwards from Chad / Maloney IMO. Chad / Pearce with Moylan at the back basically means two good kickers / game managers and a ball playing fullback chiming in when a less structured play is called for.

Well said man.

And I bet Flanno agrees with every word you just said

It is just a tough position to be in. We don't wanna lose val because he's an absolute superstar but the spine is probably better with Moylan at fullback IF a combo of chad and Pearce eventuates

Chad is not similar in standard to Pearce.

Chad is not the level of player of Pearce - partnering him with Pearce I see as pretty mediocre pairing. Doesn't matter, Moylan will just slot into jimmy's 5/8 spot

The pearce talk is interesting cause I honestly don't know what the **** Flanno could do with Chad from there. I doubt Chad wants to leave even if he could secure a little more cash elsewhere potentially, playing Chad from the bench is nonsense

How on earth are we meant to afford both Moylan AND pearce?

Wishful thinking, me thinks.

We lost barba and Ennis and didn’t replace them (enough to cover Pearce and Moylan alone ~1.3mil) plus we offloaded bird, Beale, Heino, latimore and now Maloney this year - we have only signed Dugan and Gray with all of that money. Makes sense to be able to afford moylan and pearce
