The rumour has been around for a while and 'the lurker' has revived it today.

Makes little sense. At Cronulla he not only runs the football club, he's in charge of the whole development project. That is hardly finished and you'd think he'd want to see it through unless he was keen to run an entire sport again like the ARU. Why he'd be interested in going to another NRL club particularly Manly which is embroiled in endless internal political and financial problems is beyond me unless there is crazy money involved. Gorman doesn't seem to me to be the sort of exec who'd appreciate interference from the likes of Bozo etc.

Not good if we lose a Chairman and CEO in one year.

who here would take Mitchell pearce? would that mean chad to 5/8 (if it was to come true)

I don't think that would work. 2 organises in the halves, definitely need a more running/attacking 5/8.
