If we're willing to put up those figures, I wonder how much the Titans could offer assuming the NRL foots the bill.

Yeah but look at their list, how much of the cap are they actually spending on those numpties.

Pretty interesting though, least we are targetting a go-er and not a bludger.

Broncos will offer him 400 on the books, plus another 350 in third party.

Gillet or Lowe + segy= sexy recruiting
We all prefer gillet but possibly more chance Lowe.. Great not being the black sheep of league anymore.

Yeah absolutely. I'd be stoked with Lowe as well. He's a real good player, him and Cooper are like the dynamic duo up there.

So weird hearing Gal speculate on the Club's signings/salary cap etc. Especially the bit about the Club not being able to keep both him and Lewy.

On Gillett: get him if we at all can. He's a wonderful player and would suit our style as well as anyone in the game.

Also - Gillett and Lowe play the same position. Both could play tight but it would be a waste. One or the other IMO.

I'm not sure, Gillett can probably play lock. Wasn't that whole thing about playing Parker in the props for that season because they wanted Gillett in the middle?

Yeah you are probably right. Both are workhorses that can probably handle the defense in the middle (Lowe basically defends at lock to compensate for Taumalolo bludging) but you'd want both on the right edge in offense.

Yeah he can, has done for Qld. But as I said, it would be a waste.

IIRC the Parker to prop thing was to fit all the backrowers in Thaiday, Glenn, Gillett and possibly Te'o.

Do we have any young back rowers coming through? Maybe we only need one of them, preferably Gillett. Gillett replaces Lewis, promote from within to replace Heino. Maybe JFS onto the bench? Paulo? Moratis?
