I like segyaro, I think he is the best attacking hooker going around. I do however think that the sharks will aim to mould and keep Jayden Brailey as our long term half. I am completely fine with this as I think he will be a future star. I would sign Ennis for a 1 year extension and then plan to play Brailey.

The question is to retain Gal and Lewis for a year? maybe...I would prefer us to replace them or at least one of them. (but it does all depend on price) The Sims brothers Korbin and Tariq would be a good buy if we could get them. Eathan Lowe and Tohu Harris are others I would targret.

Tohu harris and taris or Gillete would give us one hell of a 2nd row with Graham and boogie. I think if you consider Lewis and Gallens money, it is probably achievable.

Remember wade is almost entitled to the long service allowance, ricky would be too. So once gal goes those guys get a piece of that, lowering their impact on the cap.

Gillet should be the 1st guy we push hard for, i think maybe we need to chase segy, cos we will either get him or we wont and that would be decided early on cos he will be chased by a few clubs. Then we work out what goes on with ennis. If we dont get segy you give ennis his last season

I mean we can have a crack he will be the chased after hooker on 3-4 year deal over ennis on 1 maybe 2 (at another club). I think ennis has been around to know that if we said, right we wanna see if we can lure this guy here long term he wouldnt grab his bat and ball, cos he would know its not about being unwanted, its about the future of the club.

However if we dont land seggy, which honestly i dont think we would, ennis should just get the extra year straight up and also try to give him another 3 years beyond that as a mentor or assistant coach (if thats where he wants his post footy career to head) i think keeping ennis within the club is a must

Triple M etc are saying we have thrown Gillet a big offer, which is about $120,000 more than Brisbane have tabled. Also that Lewis could be off to Newy.

As much respect that i have for Lewy, we cant re-sign the guy. We just cant. Unless he is willing to move to the bench and take a substantial pay cut.

Triple M's Dobbo has a little bit of mail concerning one of teh form back-rowers of the competition, Matt Gillett.

There’s been a lot of talk in the last 24 hours about Gillett that he will be at Brisbane next year.

“What I can tell you is Cronulla has had discussions with Matt Gillett," said Dobbo, on Triple M NRL.

"There is some talk that Luke Lewis might go to Newcastle next year, but Brisbane, I have spoken to Paul White and Peter Nolan, they are absolutely determined to keep [Gillett] at the Broncos.

“The money difference I’m hearing is in-excess of $120K a year between the offers [Gillett's] received to go to Sydney and to remain in Brisbane.

I would honestly keep Gal for 1 more year. Gillet goes straight into Lewis' jersey. Gal does a year of limited minutes, **** after last weekend, id be happy to see him play that off the bench role for 60 minutes.

well that will be gal as he will be given preference .

If those figures are true I'd be happy to bump that figure up another 50k if it meant getting his signature. Given the increase of the cap 800k a year for a regular rep player at the peak of his career isn't really that bad

More than likely gal is getting paid good bucks to go on this show......but I would be happier if he would just shut the **** up about inner club wheeling and dealing
