I want Uele to come in, Woods I assume is ready so he gets the bench spot.

If Woods isn’t fit, we’ll have to have a backrower fill in as a bench prop or something. Looking at our roster I think we’re literally out of props. Seumanafagi is gone and Rudolf is out for the year I think. I’d say maybe Gal plays more minutes and Williams or Bukuya fill in, Uele to start.

Fifita being suspended is a joke, considering Bateman copped nothing. Made worse is that McGuire cops a fine for eye gouging twice in a matter of weeks, with no suspension. Fifita was stupid for what he did, no arguing that, but he has been suspended simply because of who he is.

& all of a sudden the NRL is looking to be on top if things with Crusher tackles, as per you alluding to Bateman, pity they didn't choose to be consistent, Bateman was a classic crusher, the way the tackle started & finished, Fifita, did the stupid flop which finished with him somewhat crushing the opponent, not condoning it, merely pointing out Bateman was the perfect example how the crusher tackle was first introduced to the game.

Batemen may argue the head slipped out at the end and that may be why they let him off. It's bull**** to me because his intent / recklessness was clear and Graham was lucky he potentially got his head out in time.
Fifita's was dumb but not intentionally a crusher. It was an intentional flop but not an intentional crusher.

I agree 100%. Batemans was a classic crusher and its a joke he got off. On the flip, fifs probably deserved a week and the month off will get him fit and revved for the back end of the season.

exactly, rort as always. NRL always inconsistent. we will see tackles very similar for the remainder of the year...nothing will happen.

What's wrong with any of that? It is a contact sport and the 115kg+ boys like Andrew aren't there for their twinkle toes and lightning pace.

Apart from the dumb cheap shots, there's nothing with with it on the field... but it's like fighting a speeding ticket by saying 'it's a fast car, it should be driven that way'.
