It's honestly hard to find reason why his next pay day should be less than seven annual figures, are we brave enough to take the risk? I sure hope so.

I really dont see the risk in nrl contracts mate. If a player or club want out of it theyll always find a way.

For fifita, youll get his contract value out of him on the field, if he ****s up off it, the nrl will step in and sack him, we wont be out of pocket so to speak.

4 year 4 million.

Agree, he's one of those rare forwards who can be just as much of a game changer as a halfback or fullback. Happy to pay him as much.

yep. There are few players that can step up to be so dominant and win games almost singlehanded. He and Jimmy are 2 of them.

hahaha so right. He's not gonna get on big money and be a waste of space like a bloke like Tamou, he's got competitive mongrel in him. If anything goes wrong it will be of his own fault off field and give us an easy out.

If all goes good we got a genuine $1M forward earning his keep and attracting others who wanna play alongside or behind that beast.

And everybody in the media who's been death riding him for the past few years, including calling for him to be thrown out of the game or banned from rep games for life will flip on a dime and start riding the big fellas coat tails. Go Fifs.

Tonight has probably jacked his price up a bit, uphill battle for us to keep him that's for sure.
