Why all the end of the world stuff, yes he's a big loss but the club has made him a very good offer they didn't disrespect him. Another club has offered him more and by all rumours he is going, good luck to him.
I remember the wrist slitting when Snowden left, how has that turned out, Trex to the dogs, blair to the tigers. There are no guarantees he kicks on, one good year doesn't make a career and IMO you only pay players $750k in the 1,6,7 & 9 positions who are proven performers.
Lets invest in our young players like Holmes and Brown and go after a Tim Grant and another young prop, we will be fine

The Fifita rumour has just become a little more interesting.
On one hand my reliable source has told me that Fifita is gone, the Bulldogs offered him way more than we were willing to fork up. However, just got this scoop from my mate who's a Bulldogs fan that's ALWAYS in the know on the dealings over there, and he's saying that Dessie has pulled out at the last minuet to chase a quality halfback/fullback.
Both are saying Lichaa is a doggie too.

mmm interesting Jimbob, and I know it is just rumour but what if he was going after marshal that might add up, would be funny if Fafita had to go back to sharks management with cap in hand and take a reduced deal, or was this just dessie playing mind games with other clubs knowing he would be pushing up his price having sharks use valuable cap space making Licha an easier target or something like that

He weely should go to Rugby 1M a year for a prop you just cant get that in the NRL and not as if he will keep this form up long term I just cant see it myself.
