NRL Response ,
Thanks for your email.
The NRL will always take a tough stance on any matter which brings the game into disrepute because we want to grow the game and we will not tolerate any behaviour that has the potential to drive fans away. To this end, the Integrity Unit is currently looking into the matters relating to Andrew Fifita.
We will continue to work with police to ensure that criminal elements do not infiltrate our game and players are aware they cannot put themselves in a position where they may damage their own reputations and that of the game.
There are times when we are far from happy with how papers report on our game but the reality is that we do have a free press and we simply need to work to get our view across within that environment. Most readers would see it for what it is.
We appreciate that you have strong feelings on this matter and I will ensure that your comments are registered.
Thanks again for taking the time to write to the NRL.
Kind regards
Robert

Now that is a dam good questionI wonder how many current Rabbitohs/manly/tigers board members/players know or associate with Craig Field?
If the NRL wants to "take a tough stance on any matter which brings the game into disrepute" then maybe they should look at the TV coverage, fixturing, the MRC and Bunker systems! These are absolute jokes and "bring the game into disrepute" every week in my opinion!

Must say that was a great effort by him to cover wighton at the end of the game when he ran down the sideline. Big game from him last night
Watch the nrl **** us and suspend him leading into the prelim
If it was Brom or Matt Scott the commentary would of done their nutThat play didn't get the credit it deserves. That was huge by Feefs.
Watched the replay when i got back to the hotel and they were doing that about shannon boyd when he caught the ball and ran over the touchlineIf it was Brom or Matt Scott the commentary would of done their nut
What an absolute **** wit kent is
Exactly. To say he should miss games is total horse****.There is nothing to sweep under the carpet
Yep but I do agree they are sweeping it under the carpet but why wouldn't we when we are one game away from our first grand final appearance since super league
If that's what we are indeed doing then Kent is right to get into his face about it. I don't think that's what's happening though.
