Maybe he had a falling out with his mate and it meant Fuck Keiran Loveridge. Would be a bit of back tracking to be done.

How would the media go if it turned out that Fifita had gone to the jail and threatened Loveridge, then wrote **** KL on his arm.

That would be awkward for them. What angle to pursue? Lucky the public are like goldfish.

To suggest its a slap in the face of the kelly family is a joke. Supporting thomas' kellys killer does not mean fifita doesnt care about it it means hes supporting a mate.

Yep, the media are doing the slapping.

We shouldn't be surprised by this though. Since the money went out of print, journalists have become desperate and now sit below used car salesmen and insurance salesman in the order of trustworthy professions.

It's Ok for Tim Cahill to celebrate after a goal with his wrist together like has has been handcuffed.
for his older brother Sean who was jailed for six years for nearly blinding a man.

F.K.L Could mean anything.

Doesn't even have to make sense... Surely he will just lie and say it meant something else, or is he that stupid?

Keep posting acronyms boys, Fifs needs the brains trust in action.

It also stands for the Falkland Islands. Maybe Fifs is standing up for Argentina.

'H982 FKL' was the registration number of the Porsche 928 GT that Jeremy Clarkson drove from Bariloche to Ushuaia during Top Gear's Patagonia Special

Speaking of brains trust.....

Speaking on Triple M Brisbane’s Marto and Ed Kavalee for Breakfast, Gorden Tallis said Fifita should be suspended from the NRL.
“What are you doing hanging around people like that and if it’s true, I think he’s got to be suspended, simple as that,” Tallis said.
“You can’t have people like that ... I think he’s had enough warnings, you know like last year he was coaching a footy side and he harassed a referee or harassed the opposition coach and his brother was there. This guy’s got a chequered past.
“When are they going to learn?
“You get 300 or 250 guys going out there and all pulling in one direction and caring about the code then you get two or three or five that are bad eggs that can spoil it for everybody else.
“Fifita’s had enough chances and let’s just hope it’s some other message but if it is it, I think that the game should come down hard.”

Tallis ey. How some of these blokes get a gig in the media is beyond me. Rugby League has by far the worst media personalities of any sport I know of.

If it stands for "For Keiran Loveridge", can he not just argue it's a personal and private show of support for a mate who's struggling? It's not like anyone not snooping for stories knew what it meant. Surely the media – who prioritised their story over the feelings of the Kelly family – should be shouldering the blame.

It's possible that there is more to this than is being disclosed. Or alternatively, the NSW Police have made an egregious error.

Section 93X of the Crimes Act 1900 (the consorting provision) requires that the person must "habitually consort" with convicted offenders. This requires consorting with at least 2 convicted offenders (i.e. not simply Mr. Loveridge). This suggests that there is more than simply the visit to his old friend in question. Further, it is a defence under section 93Y if the defendant satisfies the court that the consorting was reasonable in the circumstances, which involves consorting that occurs in "lawful custody", as to which this would arguably fall.

If there is not more to the factual circumstances, I am happy to represent Mr. Fifita free of charge.
