If it was true the club would have released something and the main stream media would be all over it.
Sounds like bull**** to me
He'll likely cop a warning and it will be easier for the club to sack him in the future. Not necessarily bad from a club perspective since he is soaking up a heap of cap. It is a handy thing to keep up your sleeve.

He wont get sacked. No way. Depending on the nrls advice and findings, i trust our punishment fits the crime.

This is the first time I'm seriously doubting lyall.

What the **** is going on. How did this nothing story get so much air time and now to the point where it's being suggested he could miss the rest of the season or walk away from the club.

AND SKD GETS TO KEEP TRAINING!??!!?? ****ing hell!

Thus far lyall could not of played it better. My guess is fafita will miss this week and d.fafita more. Remembering this is one of our easiest games running into the finals.

For me it is the second time I've doubted LG. The first was when he didn't insist upon the sacking of Flanagan as a condition of becoming CEO. Not standing down Andrew last week was weak and his second poor decision.

The club needs to become a genuinely professional outfit. This involves short term pain for long term gain but all I see is the same weak leadership that has dogged the club for years.

I like LG but I get the feeling he is operating with his hands tied behind his back. If that is the case he should resign.

I fail to see why u would say that? On sunday it was nothing more than an allegation. Thered been 1 side of the story told to the penrith discrict rl. 1 side of the story. If that constitutes automatic standing down....then next friday jonothan thurston headbutted me.

If they are going through the motions obstaining the various statements etc then fronting the board was always going to happen. The rumoured season suspension is just that. As others have said in their version, the ref was the aggressor. If thats the case i doubt a guy will go for the year.

Regardless the outcome, they both have to answer to swearing at the ref.

Easy time.

It is the seriousness of the allegation that is the problem. By way of analogy, sometimes murderers are denied bail on the grounds of the seriousness of the allegations (obviously Andrew has pinched some choclates by comparison so appreciate it is an analogy).

The view of the ref and his officials' opinions hold far greater weight than those of the spectators. Again, by way of example, the St Mary's official told people to be quiet because the ref was a policeman. It is everyone versus the ref and the officials. The default position is to trust the referee.
