I'm not too concerned with the length of the suspension. It's fair enough. But you just know there will be a worse one in a week or so that will get off scot free because of some contrived argument.

Yep in comparison frizzel puts a guy on a stretcher gets 2 weeks fifita gives newy a free interchange and gets 4.

In all respect they have gotten silly with the lifting tackle charges all because 1 guy got hurt, and his tackle wasnt that bad in the way of lifting tackles, and mckinnon also played a part in the position his head and neck ended up in.

2 seasons ago fifita didnt get penalised for that tackle. 4 weeks is rough, 3 at most. And the whole fight it and lose u get longer is a joke

Seriously A Fafita needs to get his act together.

It was a dangerous tackle and he should never have attempted the lift in the first place.
Now he gets an extended holiday of full pay when really he has sabotaged the momentum of the team just as they start to find their feet.

I don't get his laughing attitude every time he does something wrong or wins a penalty. It really annoys me and I'm encourages the ref to ping the team harder in the future because he makes it look like he fooled the ref.

Just copy the attitude of James Graham and show everyone you are fair dinkum when you play.

James graham really, love the way he plays but the end of the game the other week was a disgrace, then don't even start on the biting in the grand final.. That ain't passion

so you want him to copy the attitude of a guy who is currently suspended for dissent?

Yeah I've always thought Fifita needed to build more biting and incitement of crowd violence into his game.

Well that didn't translate well....

What I meant was James Graham never stops trying and gives it everything. he works damn hard when he plays...

Fifita on the other hand seems to be operating at 60-70%. He is capable of better - I saw the hunger two years ago. I'd like to see it again.

And when I say hunger, I don't mean he needs to feed - or bite...

I know what you mean and I agree that Fifita has seemed like a bit of a slacker at times but he and Graham are completely different types of players.

I think that sometimes Fifita stores up energy to release it in super-powerful bursts.

Inglis is a bit that way as well I reckon.

FFS some people laugh or smile as a weird reaction when under fatigue or in competition, I do the same thing. Endorphins and **** like that get released when you're tired. It doesn't mean anything.

4 weeks, not surprised really. I'm not sure it was much worse than the Guerra one the other week, and he got the lesser grading. May as well give the grading a challenge I reckon.

All fair. But like Thresher said they're different players entirely and you're either born James Graham determined & competitive or you're not. That can't be learned.

I'm not a fan of the laughing after a **** up either bit its his way and I doubt it'll change. Anyway I'd rather see less of it from him cutting out the errors than changing how he reacts to them.

So if he gets the 4 weeks, does the week that they have City/Country and Anzac test count as a week of his suspension?

It takes him out until after or just before the Origin series starts which is a small positive, I'd rather we have as few blokes playing that as possible.

Yeah it can be a nervous thing.

Still doesn't look good on the replays though. He should be instructed to show remorse.

The laughing/smiling after giving away a penalty or giving up possession could also be been seen as sarcasm, like "I can't believe you made that call ref".

Are we fighting it or early guilty ?

I would assume taking the guilty.

Its a shame they do it this way, the basically force you to take the early guilty plea so u dont waste their time. 4 games is rough though imo
