Watch Tyson shadow boxing at the age of 15 and he would beat any Aussie heavy weight today. He was a freak . Couldn't even hit him

Boxrec has him ranked at 20th. Mind you fighters that have only had one or two stinks rankings don't really count for much and after about #18 its pretty much identical ratings. I don't really pay much attention to the ANBF rankings. They have proven in the past to be as shifty as the IBO. At least Boxrec ranks fighters based on records and quality of opponents. 99.9% of the other orgs rank fighters based on ability to earn $'s and willingness to pay sanction fee's.

Rings rankings used to be the gospel, however its gone to the dogs since Golden Boy took control of it and now its just as bad as the rest.

yeah mate he really defined the sweet science back then. Speed, Power, Footwork and timing. People reckoned he peaked when he won his world title. He actually peaked in the am's and carried that from over to the pro ranks in his first 10 or so fights. Sadly it all came naturally to him which led him to stop training properly from that point onwards. His natural talent unified the titles, but he spent more time high and drunk than actually training.

Its scary to think the heights he would have achieved if he managed to stay focussed.

I've got his whole pro career on dvd, the early fights are unbelievable. The aggression and 1 punch power.

Haha, the non-lebo part is a relief DJ otherwise the pins holding his arm together would have been rebirthed or stolen. We couldn't take another hit.
