What ever the excuse hope Fifita is on the front foot tommoz early after he has been house hunting near dogs HQ and denies it... Or he will see how quick our fans will turn on him... Best thing he can do is "that is next year, my focus is this year" anything else will piss alot of people off...

but with Gal retiring most likely next season, it would go back to how it is now.

Granted i still dont think Fifita was worth what we or the Dogs offered. Perfect example of a player in the right form at the right time. He is a media love boy right now, and has been since origin last year. This also helped him. If he was just a hard worker getting no credit, paperrs wouldnt be working up his offers with minute by minute commentary of the development of his signing
I think this is exactly right. He isn't worth anything like the offers he has been getting, it is just a case of what is available. He is johnny on the spot courtesy of the cap, and has scored himself a small fortune. We shouldn't begrudge him his dough.

Lost at sea.
just saw the interview, why does wielder think its necessary to get him head taking up half the screen? self justification? no-one gives a **** what you look like you peckerhead.

and yes andrew, you are not worth 850k no matter what your manager tells you,

hillarious that one of his "reasons" for the team switch was he had his house broken into in the shire, so he felt it was better to move into sydney's south west. hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Yeah, that kind of thing never happens in Bankstown.

Actually, he is worth 850k because that's what he will be getting paid. As someone else said, on this forum, a players worth is what a club is willing to pay him.
I'm just glad that club wasn't us personally.

It sounds like they are putting words in his mouth ... if that's not the case then his head has grown a bit too much and will cause him some balance issues out on the field

mmmm actually no, not the case

What i'm saying is, a player is worth what a club wants to pay for him. The Bulldogs were prepared to pay that much, so that's what he is worth. You or I could name a price, but if a club is not willing to pay that amount, he is not worth it. In this case the bulldogs were prepared to pay that amount, so that is his worth.

As for return on investment, that depends on the level of expectation from him. What would it take for them to say his signing was a success? That's up to them.
