I wouldn't be shocked if the coms to agents wasn't if you pull that BS we won't deal with you.I love all this too. But I am really surprised that the agents don't leak the info more to the media. They are the ones who are trying to inflate their clients price.
Yep was thinking the same, or at least withdraw our interest in the player discussed.I wouldn't be shocked if the coms to agents wasn't if you pull that BS we won't deal with you.

That could backfire against us too thou.I wouldn't be shocked if the coms to agents wasn't if you pull that BS we won't deal with you.
I think it's a luxury of being a stronger side. Agents won't want to close off us as an opportunity for their clients, therefore they keep it quiet. If the Tigers of late were trying that through most players might sit on the side of not wanting to go there anyway. Agree it's a fine balance though. That could backfire against us too thou.
If said agent has another player we are chasing, they might not talk to us.
It’s a fine line, but if we are respectful in our dealings with them, then it could be mutually beneficial (as has been proven).
They have an obligation to act in the client's best interests. If they don't, they are breaching their contact with the player and I would think their NRL accreditation. That could backfire against us too thou.

Pretty well known that this stuff goes on though. Couple of agents have lost their accreditation over it. Not really a stretch to think that others have done it and gotten away with it, or just been given a stern talking to.They have an obligation to act in the client's best interests. For sure, it's the same as any profession, some don't follow the rules.Pretty well known that this stuff goes on though. Couple of agents have lost their accreditation over it. Not really a stretch to think that others have done it and gotten away with it, or just been given a stern talking to.

I have no doubt, see my post in response to @BurgoSharkThis is true
BUT do you honestly think that player agent “prejudice” doesn’t come into it sometimes?
Believe this has happened and we pulled the offer altogetherI love all this too. But I am really surprised that the agents don't leak the info more to the media. They are the ones who are trying to inflate their clients price.
Least he could do would be to wear the Sharks jerseyThis bloke is such a scum traitor, just signed with us and already turning out for the opposition

He only seems to know one way to play... that's what makes him such a phenomenal signingHe will be up for this.
He will want to prove he is a Warrior for 24
There will be NO holding back (and he always plays well against us).
