Two of our away games are double header NRLW matches.
Get good value out of those. Would love to hold a standalone double header at Pointsbet.

I think the league wants to grow the NRLW slow and steady. 18 games would be a little too big a jump atm.

Every team playing each other once is fine. Give that a few years, and then the next should be will be adding more 2 or 4 teams and hence more rounds. Bringing the Warriors back as one of them seems like a no-brainer if they can make the money work.

Yeah I agree, I actually think they're going about it in a very responsible way.

And I guess it's getting to the point where the talent pool will be pretty shallow. New clubs really should get a couple of season notice and support to help with development for their longevity

The right way to go about it. Unlike AFLW they don't want or need to go too fast too soon.

Any player movements for the girls?

I read something the other week about us signing a good player from Union but didn't say who.

Personally I would love it we managed to convince Teagan and Maddi Levi to join the club.

Unfortunately they've just re-committed for 2 years but both managed by Mat Rogers so you never know.

Jazmon Tupou-Witchman signed with Toowoomba (Western Clydsdales) for next year.

It's hard to tell with the girls though sometimes, because they sign with their normal teams and then also for the NRLW season later on.

Most of the Sharks Harvey Norman team went on to become the NRLW team, but it wasn't 1 for 1. Zali Hopkins went to the Dragons for NRLW, and a few other girls (e.g. Preston and Wheeler) came across from other HNWP teams.
