I see it differently- bring in Nicho and our attack will go up a level.

Trindall/Hynes will be the halves
Agree. To be fair, when was the last time Nicho had played when the likes of Brailey, Nikora and Co. have been playing this good?

And no, I don't believe Nicho is the reason Brailey hasn't been played this good. It's just timing.

Btw, for all those Dargons fans that want to blow up about Hunt passing into Klein, if you look at the replay Klein is a good metre or so in front of Hunt when he passed it. Clearly a forward pass.

It's another Ponga missed field goal scenario.

I could of sworn I saw Flanno in a row boat trying to escape.
😂 He was like Captain Schettino (the captain from the Costa Concordia) that run aground off Italy a few years ago now. He was ashore before the passengers and left some of them to die.

Was 100% forward, as was Iro's pass to Stonestreet. There's no guarantee it would have been called, in fact I'm pretty confident it wouldn't have been.

Such a delight to win this game today. Even the wrist splitters and ref bashers in the game day thread couldn’t upset me.

Spent a lovely morning playing golf with my son, who almost holed out at the 90 metre par 3 7th over the lake. Drove back through the chaos of the Engadine drama and was then invited to watch the game at a mates place. Coke Zeros and cookies all round.

We really went out there today to make one hell of a statement. And we did it again without some big weapons. Brailey was just immense today. He was clearly best on park today and I just hope that he’s able to continue playing like this when Nicho returns.

Nikora was brilliant as well but I think Kaufusi was just a beast in that first 20 mins. Probably his best game ever. He continually bent the line and annoyed the hell out of the Dragons forwards.

I don’t think we had a bad player today but I have to say Will’s effort in Bird’s try was just so poor.

Onto next week and see if we can do the same to the Warriors. Great to see the girls win as well!

Thought Fitz revealed a bit more than usual in the presser last night.

A couple of points:
- pretty much confirmed Dan will be in the 17 when Nicho is back.

- talked about our dip a month or so ago saying all the media was worried but he saw the grit was still there - just the execution and error let the team down

- hinted that Nicho will be in contention for selection next week

Bet they didn't zoom in on the 4th world entrance gate & facilities on Eastern side of the ground which make Leichhart look good & Sharkpark world class.
Ha yeah I haven't been there for a while, that queue and gate is bizarre, the gate is a stampede waiting to happen. Still the food/bars were far better (in the stands at least) than anything at Shark Park.

The biggest shame is that Chikos (across the road) is gone.

I didn’t get that interpretation that Dan would be in the 17 but guess we will see in a few weeks

I don’t mind it but do prefer the 4 forwards off the bench. Especially with Talakai
