It was reported that he said he went out after without team mates
Yep he’s said he went out after Toby’s and no other sharks were with him.

IF any other sharks have been, we’re being, or would consider being a bit sniffy in the future let’s hope this was a sufficient wake up call it won’t be worth it

The other concern is that its hard to believe that no other player who attended Toby's gathering participated in the SNORT .
First thing that crossed my mind was “gees I hope this story didn’t bring the testers in”

He needed help standing and walking afterwards
Players have died overtraining
It was for a misunderstanding you were supposed to arrive by the time designed for strapping even if you didn’t need any.
He would have been like 21 being tortured and humiliated in front of all his colleagues

4m a surprisingly high number, but it’s not like he got told ‘run an extra lap’ and spat the dummy

4m is a high number but not when looking at an NRL players salary over their lifetime. He is only 22 so could have another 10-15 years playing time.
If playing for that long and at current minimum wage he would make 1.2m - 1.8m. I don't believe he would have been on minimum now let alone for the rest of his career however long that may have been. Could have easily made that if playing for another 12 years at $350k a season.

He could argue this incident has prevented him from wanting to continue that line of employment and has caused him to miss out on potentially that amount.

Would hate to be the bulldogs right now. I think he probably has a good case here.

Maybe the theory is that the more money you ask for, the more you get when the judge decides to settle at the midpoint.

Yeah I don't like it. One game here and one in NZ is sufficient. Any other games are taking the piss.
Yep.
100% agree.

cheapens the day now!

Storm and Souths should be Friday.
I guess they want an NRL game in Melbourne to offset the big ANZAC Day traditional match between Essendon and Collingwood
