Big congratulations to Will Kennedy for his breakout year and winning the SFPotY award, forget the Dally M, I’m absolutely sure this is the one he wanted. This time last year he had a lot of critics about whether he was the man to hold that number 1 jersey moving forward, I think he shut down any doubt this year, despite not finishing the season. Credit to Nikora and Trindall for filling out the podium. Nikora for going from one of our most maligned players in certain sections of the fanbase, to an undisputed key player in our lineup, and for Trindall for taking his opportunity with both hands and cementing himself as a very good partner for Hynes moving forward.

PAST WINNERS

2023: Ellie Johnston

Oh who else could it have been? What a season from an absolute tower of strength in this team. Should be the face of Cronulla Sharks Womens football moving forward. A gem of a find and hopefully she sticks around for a while yet and plays a key role in the growth of women’s football.

A big thank you all to everyone who took part and made this work. This will be back in the new season, I’m not anticipating too many changes to how its run, but if anyone has any suggestions, feel free to post them here and I MIGHT read them. 😏

Three obvious standouts from the first two games who can’t be split.

That's quite impressive. I didn't have Trindall in my three this week but he was still good - probably my fourth or fifth - so I can't complain about this leaderboard to date.

Be nice to added a few more names this week but still only have positives to say about these three...

Three of the most maligned players on this forum are leading the way after two games. You can’t make this **** up. 😂 If Brailey picks up points next week we’d pretty much complete the set. LOL.

Still feel like not shoehorning Trindall into the 7 jersey two seasons again was the correct move...
Otherwise for him I'm more than happy for him to play in the 6 jersey - he just needs to earn it, may the best man win (and I'm happy to let the coach decide if he has earned it or not)

Yeah, Tricky's game wasn't this well rounded. I put it down to the multiple 7 minutes first grade stints last year. Obvious genius move from the coach.

Nice symmetry

did you do a count back as to which order to place them in?
