Cant wait for the day they are all switched on, we will beat anyteam in this comp, but Fitz needs to have a word to few about there "casual" attitude, too many brain fades, lack of concentration, and just plain dumb **** that needs to be eliminated by the usual suspects. Theres a real good team in there, but they are there own worst enemies almost every week. A week or two at Henson Park wouldn't hurt a few of them. Frustrating!!.

Decent effort, but we drifted out of the game. Should have put 50 on the Dogs. Probably makes Fitz's job easier, there's still so much improvement left in this team.
Yeah , I keep getting flashbacks to that Cowboys semi finallast year with our poor kicking game & failure to put the Dogs away .

I think someone else posted something similar to this before but we don't have the same level of professionalism that the really good teams do, the ability to be clinical and not let teams back into games like the Storm (used to) and Souths and Penrith do now.

To many silly mistakes, clunkiness in attack (not passing, pushing passes that arent on, no dummy half and por backing up at times) and poor discipline keeps us just out of reach of that top tier. We are scoring more points in attack than ever but i think that the free-for-all approach, not being patient can sometimes leave us a bit gassed and teams score on the counter, particiulary when alot of effort has been made for no results.

Work in progress for sure but we need to balance out our game plan a bit and wear teams down instead of going for the Hail Mary to often

We haven't had a real father figure in the team since Gal left us

Our attack is fine, sure there's always improvement but that will come as the team matures, we are still quite a young team.

Hynes is an amazing player but when we are under the pump he starts to do too much. He needs to go back to kicking to corners early and finding touch. Slow the game down to his liking.

Exactly what he said about himself in the presser

Our attack is off its head. We did it all last night. Working the short side and the ruck, swift backline movement, trough the middle, around them, off kicks. Was beautiful to watch

Shouldn't have been as close as it was. One of their tries was about as forward as I've ever seen

Burton is never going to make an elite half IMO , has no real game management or running game , one trick pony with his bombs , find another half and put him back to center and they will be a better team .
Yeah he is a ball running 6 or centre .

They did this because FJ is not up to it and on borrowed time - he can expect a chat from Gus some time very soon …

I think Burton has it in him and will make it as a half. I thought he looked better getting his hands on the ball more last night.

The problem for him, is he's having to work it all out and build his game in first grade in a **** side with very little support. If you dropped him at 6 in good team he'd be spoken about very differently IMO.
