Hynes is trying to do everything, no wonder his lost, Moylan is just being the typical passenger.

Should be way more behind than this. Apart from the two tries I thought we looked to have a bit more steel in our defence.

Our attack has been terrible, but put it down to the Roosters line speed. They are robots out there.

There are no gaps and hardly any missed tackles from them.

12-8 is flattering us at the moment. I’d back the Roosters to score another 2-3 tries at least and I’d be surprised if we score any more.
This is everything we don't do in defence, and SHOULD ffs

how do roosters not get a man in the bin after four penalties in the ten???
to be just given a warning after the four infringements and it could have been another two on top
but some delusional ppl will defend that and say "oh we should take that and be submissive" The refs never get it wrong

and the 7-forward passes by the roosters vs the one by sharks. nichos forward pass was legit and picked up
but there have been some really dubious ones that are called "flat' wow

So instead of binning someone for the repeated infringements when the Sharks could have scored, Atkins gives a warning at HT. Blocker said it was the "Roosters defence", no it wasn't, it was the repeated infringements, and the slow down of the play the ball that's been going on all game from the Roosters that saved them. The repeat set infringements were useless, as they were on tackle 1 or 2 & there was 1:30 left.

The 'try' from Smith looked short.

Roosters hold down all game, needs a binning, and hanging on to the ball in the play the ball or strangling blokes.

Mate Nicho’s pass was miles forward, I was right in line with it.

I try not to blame refs, became it’s a cop out a lot of the time. But, if you’re playing the ball on the oppositions line and they’re offside every single PTB, your attacking options are super limited with the lack of room to move.

If you allow teams to do it withjust set restarts, the defending team will keep doing it. It’s not conserving energy.

Someone should be in the bin.

Cheese and Radley do a lot of cleanup work and push the boundaries every time.

Let’s not be asleep after halftime.

To have a chance we need to keep Roosters down to our level and maybe jag another lucky try.
