Whats the go with us just totally imploding...Dolphins Storm Warriors and 1st half today...appears to be a huuuuge issue with resilience...No real forward leaders just stemming the flow....
ive called this out heaps, our props are crap

but we keep getting graphs to say they aren't

its weird, its like peoples eyes are better than graphs

In the fallout from that game, how are we feeling about our three changes

Tricky: got pounded on the line like Moylan does, made similar / just as bad defensive choices as Moylan or as he does himself in NSW Cup. Was given very little opportunity to achieve anything. No particular reason he should get swapped straight back out but I wish he had come in on the back of irresistible form instead of questionable form but Moylan played himself out of jersey. 2 penalties was too many, although does appear to be good execution of the game plan. Hold the jersey but needs to find a way to secure it still.

Tracey: The defensive system and players inside him on that edge lets Talakai down as much as his own physical limitations do. Tracey faces the same issues. I think he needed to have a bit better game to definitively hold the jersey. I wouldn't really bat too much of an eyelid if Talakai came back into centre. If Fitz wants to further explore Talakai bench forward he needs to give Tracey another couple of weeks before considering Iro (or Hiroti). I don't really care if him or Talakai is there next week.

JC: Pretty sound effort I thought given there is no real argument it is out of position for him. 43-2-3 made-missed-ineffective is a pretty good defensive showing vs a very hard to handle bloke opposite him. 2nd for tackles made for us, which shows a lot was thrown down that edge*
Much rather keep him there for remainder of season and use Talakai/Williams/Graham to give him up to 15 minutes rest as needed. Think NRL exposure even OOP will help him build into a better player for us next season. Holds the jersey, did well and no other options anyway.

*the rest of that edge tallied 44-11-7 to other edges 29-3-0, or including second rowers 87-13-10 to 55-4-4, that's 110 defensive efforts vs 63

JC has been charged and faces 1 game suspension for dangerous contact, if he fights it and loses, will miss 2 games. This would probably mean that Tracey would hold his spot and Sifa would just come and play on that edge.

Yeah **** timing, still not sure how that is a Grade 2 offence by him, worth considering fighting I think but hard to get off as you can't use uncharged events as evidence.

Talakai in I guess and if he gets gassed by defensive workload Williams can jump in there for a spell.

Need to rotate bench better next week - need to get a big body on sooner - I'd even consider starting Hunt (assuming BHU not up to start straight up) knowing that stint will be most of the footy he gets for the game.

It'd have to be for the tackle that injured Paseka
He lifted one leg and used it to turn player, Paseka planted other leg to not go with it and studs dug in and he got twisted badly.

But neither lifting a single leg or turning a player in a tackle are not allowed (as far as I am aware), can anyone think of a similar tackle that has been charged?

The commentators on Kayo said something about a type of tackle we hadn't seen for a while... can't remember what is was. Turkey thigh or the like...
