Im not fallin for that one either. Yes it was a fair sacrifice on their part, but a well paid one for most. Like i said, how many Aussies were outta work during that time. My missus works in Hospitality, with gov payments was reduced to less than half her salary, we estimate the times they were shut down for lock downs/travel restrictions cost us close to $50,000. Not sure i can feel bad for people having to live in a resort all expenses paid just so they can continue to earn half a mil a year
