One thing the NRL pundits like Greg Alexander & Gordon Tallis & media need to remember, everything goes round in circles, nothing lasts forever. As much as Penrith have been up the top for years on end now, they will slowly start to fade away again, Broncos may be starting to work their way back up but they've been out of the 8 for a number of years. Roosters, Souths & Melbourne I feel are starting to fade away slowly. We will slowly make our way back up the top again.

They'll have to start criticising their own teams again eventually as much as they'd love to praise them non stop. We tend to be one of the few teams that they love to have a go at even if we are winning, I'm sick of it. Their teams may seem perfect to them but no team in the world is perfect.
I just don't see any evidence of this, I think fans can be very insular sometimes.

Whilst I agree , I do notice there is always an understated negativity to a lot they say , comment but take back with another .
Whilst Gordy never goes against any team or player from north of the border , no matter how obvious the issue , he's in the "hear no evil , see no evil , speak no evil " camp .

Gordie is a knob, he hates us he said it a couple of weeks ago & it goes back to his Saints days, he also has digs at us, like last week when Wadeo was on 360 & the stadium debate & that it’s a sellout he said, “ what all 3 supporters”

Tallis doesn’t have 3 working brain cells between his 2 heads to count past 3, so the likelihood of him getting to a count of 4 or more is extremely slim anyway.

Ill knock the next person out that mentions "straight sets" they're obsessed.

Not a fan of the discourse about how "nicho hynes needs help" everyone else is **** type rhetoric.

Tallis is so ****. He always mentioning how dirty tackles are when he was the dirtiest player on earth.

Love sam on sharkcast but hes ran cover for the fox guys when quizzed about how they hate the sharks. Its obvious brandy hates the sharks even to non sharks supporters.

It's not obvious to me. Heard a few people in here say this, it's nonsense if you ask me.

He talks about us the same way as other teams.
I'm sorry but I hear it , every time Brandy mentions the Sharks I get the impression he would rather talk about having an enema , anything resembling a positive comment seems to be getting pulled out of his mouth by a bulldozer .

But everybody perceptions are different . I hate it when he's commentating a Sharks game .

If he's talking about the Panthers his hands are always under the table , not sure what he's up to but he's smiling .

So Gamble refuses to give evidence. This is complete crap. You cant carry on and cry foul on the field and tarnish the guy then say Naaaa can't be bothered to go on with it. He made the allegation he should be made to go and back it up. I know they have the video but surely the victim and accuser needs to back it up

Agree. As soon as the games done he tells everyone it should stay on the field.

You should have thought of that champ when the ref asked you 3 times if you want to pursue with it.

Isn’t that same as what SJ did for us?

He wanted in game consequences (bin/send)
Games over, he doesn’t give a **** about Wighton being punished anymore

Yep. I didn't like that either.

I think most players would agree that's about low as you can go.

Sure, if its a fair dinkum bite and you are offended and want the other player charged then go for it. Otherwise, shut up and get on with the game

I disagree much to everyone’s shock

If you’re wronged you seek an onfield advantage as compensation and then leave it at that
Have to be something particularly bad to warrant spending your energy trying to maximise the postgame consequences.

Gamble has more important things to worry about than a little skin pinch, especially when he knows he jammed his arm across the face intentionally to cause discomfort

Don't like this.

NRL documentation: Last Right of Negotiation clause

Every player must provide his incumbent Club with a last right of negotiation for a 10-day period from the date of notice that the player has received an offer from a rival Club, and that offer has been submitted to the NRL, that he is prepared to accept. In order to give effect to this clause:

a) the player must provide notice to his incumbent Club that he has an offer that he will accept in 10 days’ time (subject to negotiations with his incumbent Club);

b) the Club can then engage in contract negotiations with the player for a period of up to 10 days, or the Club may waive its rights in writing (at which point the player is free to sign with the rival Club);

c) the offer from the rival NRL Club must be an official offer and submitted to the NRL Salary Cap Auditor (the contents of which will remain confidential, but the NRL Salary Cap Auditor can provide verification to the incumbent Club that an official offer has been received). The offer must remain open for acceptance for a minimum of 14 days, and for at least 48 hours beyond the expiry of the 10-day negotiation period with the incumbent Club. There is no requirement for the player to disclose the terms of the offer to his incumbent Club;

d) at the expiry of the 10 days, the player may sign (or reject) the offer from the rival Club.
