"Even more surprising than Hynes not getting any votes, Dragons Anthony Griffin also received no votes for best coach."
Okay, just admit this was written by you.com...
Thought this was actually pretty funny.

I think if you are choosing a halfback you choose Cleary, if you aren't choosing Cleary you aren't choosing a halfback so Munster or Teddy make sense.

For whatever reason the survey is of 24 NRL head or assistant coaches so the 8.3% thing is 2 people. 3 people said Fitz was the best coach

You should always choose a lock.

Had similar stuff before where the math doesn't add up - they must just flick the questions to a bunch of coaches and assistants and see who answers

"8.3 per cent want interchange to be looked at, with one coach going as far as saying there should be “no interchanges – just four reserves.”"

I'd feel bad for the four reserves watching on the whole game with no interchanges to allow them to enter the field
Reminds me of Aaron Raper

Not surprised at all Nicho received no votes, as much as I likedhim there are clearly better players.
Nicho is a 6, shouldn’t be compared to Cleary should compare him to Munster etc it’s just that because Moylan is his partner he’s had to be a 7

Moylan's role seems to be to help steer Nicho, so whatever that makes them... It's definitely not conventional.
Though Nicho wearing the number 7 probably had the most to do with it.

I'm never going to bag a player to focus on the club that pays their salary.
TBF... NRL kind of pays their salary and they are threatening to boycott games if NRL don't give them what they want because of all the money they generate for the NRL by playing NRL games
