I have absolutely no confidence whatsoever in any Sharks player moving forward. Everyone is capable of dumb errors, missed tackles and wrong options. We do it every game, every year.

It absolutely saps the energy out of us fans.

See ya next season everyone.
Fantasy ping pong season is just about to start chad. Plenty of fun to be had around here still.

can't blame one player

you guys are seriously delusional
our whole squad are responsible;
everyone plays a part

there were many moments where we let ourselves down

simple kick returns we got monstered
ball handling was shocking
Giving away stupid penalties

we are a dumb football side, its simple
we don't play smart footy, the top sides play smart footy; field position; discipline, run at space; not trying to milk a penalty when it won't come
even making goals...that cost us the game - how about that braydon trindall missed sitter...might have been 14 points with that one, and the other two missed.
Need more of these posts.

100%. If we could not roll the shot roosters, how wou,d we go down in Melbourne net week. Can you imagine what Penrith / Melbourme or Brisbane would have done to the wounded Roosters tonight - CARVE THEM UP…
After watching us in Melbourne I wondered whether we could win another game.

I'm only upset with them because they got my hopes up again.

Got home from work to see the last 10 minutes. Won't be rewatching it. All your comments say it all.

First 20 mins was awsome, but hard way to go out. That period with tedesco in the bin we needed to ice 2 tries, we only got one. how we couldnt ice a field goal...

Such a sharks way to lose! Shame but we were never a chance at the big dance and just making up numbers

Worth a watch. A glimpse of what our effort can look like when they are all having a go.
I saw Toby was stripped in a tackle and was wanting to challenge, just before Walker's field-goal. Play never stopped to have a look at it.

Compare the Roosters one to ours... they had 3 blockers set up, I'm not sure we even got 1.

We first crossed the line, ref was right there, everyone said it was a try, ref said no try and because all the camera angles suck you can’t see **** they go with no try. Not long after the ref missed a blatant drop ball by a roosters players.

Not saying it’s all refs blah blah, just saying the Toby strip ball wouldn’t have been the only thing they missed

Yeah as I said, it was the only part I saw. Now I've just heard a guy on radio ring up talkback saying the exact same thing. He said there were three in the tackle and was definitely stripped. Anyway, we should have put it to bed before that from what I hear.

Cannot wait to hear how the team will learn ( again ) from losing and bounce back next year.
I likely will not win friends saying Hynes isn't either a halfback , his attempts at field goals were beyond awful, the champions always find a way to nail those big opportunities.
His kicking in general , apart from goal kicking is barely average, I accept it is likely a team plan to kick deep into corners, but where is his 40/20 ability? Does he even have that ability?
Talakei's defence was beyond terrible, it was like he was deliberately attempting to break some missed tackles in one match record, I believe he set it.
I know Moylan is not popular on here, but the team has looked way less effective on offence without him, I will accept Will's absence has contributed to that, Trindall has some skills, but he hasn't gelled in that 5/8th position , they looked so clunky with the ball, I have no idea pf course what is the Coach's instructions and not an expert but the eye test says , Moylan was missed.
This team badly needs an overhaul and for me, Hynes is more value going forward as a 5/8th , if we believe Will is first with Kade as a backup
No idea who should be halfback, but the team needs somebody who can guide a team around and build pressure and have an effective kicking game.
I know Jack Williams gets criticism for dropped balls at times , but he runs hard and can bend the line, him and Cam were immune from criticism tonite imo
After all the talk about the Sharks playing at home, and they serve that up for the paying fans.
I am gutted , as I am sure everybody is.
Beyond disappointing and this team has run out of excuses again imo
