Yeah we spent the most of that first half defending, it was that Manly forward pass that changed momentum and we Got our first and been a bit set for set since.

Manly are red hot with the ball (DCE playing closer to his price tag than usual is helping them big time) and making big metres on us up field but have errors and poor defense in them keeping us in the game and we are hanging in as we do and look dangerous on the odd chance we get in there 20m

Some great scramble defense from Sharks early game could be the difference. Trindall missing the conversion on half time hurt. Our energy is pretty good Manly were just outplaying us early but we have come back with the momentum now

seen this story before though with sharks mounting comeback and looking confident and gaining some control but coming out second half and turning to poo and doing the opposite of what was working, hopefully not for a change tonight

our defense needs to be less passive and push up for a change, can't give Manly time before the line with the ball, their passing and offloads were killing us
