Have to wait and see what rule NRL change next season
Probably reckon the ball will stay in play more if they go AFL rules and player can go out just not the ball or some ****

Was listening to Gus' podcast and he was talking about when they started timestamping video and making it so you could pull out specific plays by specific players really easily, and that it changed the game. It was interesting how he called out the few teams who initially adopted the technology were the teams to finish in the top positions, it was such a game changer.

Wondering what we saw as that differentiator this year? The six again? Previously it was the wrestle. What do you think it'll be next year?
All good variables but the healthiest teams always end up at the pointy end ….

Was trying to find Bort's post again on this. I think it showed it helps, but a few top clubs still used a good number of players

Yeah, there'll be some BS like 'no two man tackles' come in

So who do we think wins the GF ?

Penrith seem to be so driven by falling at the final hurdle last year - a path taken by many teams before them .

Or does Cody simply blow them off the park ?

The Latrell suspension seems such a waste now.

Should be a good one …

Panthers will win. They won’t want to lose it two years in a row and their defence was the best I’ve seen for many a game.

I think it’ll be low scoring something like 16-10

Reece Walsh arrested last night. For drug and public order offences. I know Toby was out with him at one point last night going off the socials.

Thought Penrith and Souths showed phenomenal defence... Should be a cracking game, but I do think Souths have the slightest of edges with it being so many players' and the coaches last hurrah there and having a slightly easier run in. This also seems pretty personal for Bennett and there's not many, if any, better at getting blokes ready for battle, even without the extra motivation.

Penrith were showing signs of fatigue in the second half. That may impact their performance in the big one.

It has been bad for a while, but I think the walking off the mark reached peak ridiculousness last night. Storm bombed To’o, he was tackled 2-3m metres out, and played it on the 10 metres line. What a joke.

How about Cleary with the conversion at 10-0. He took it about 5 metres in from where To’o scored
