I'm going for the Storm because none of my mates go for them so I won't have to cop any gloating and also can only benefit Hynes and Finucane more.

Teams I won't mind winning the comp are Eels and Titans - won't happen though

Teams I DO NOT WANT WINNING AT ALL are Panthers, Souths. Manly and Knights. In that order

Don't mind the Roosters for same theory can only be helpful for Fitz.

I would think any coach going in would basically say, i need 3 years to clean house. Rebuild the entire roster.

Theres maybe 4 players youd want to keep, Laurie and Stefano being 2 of them, the rest get turned over

According to that Kayo show, the Tigers will soon have a bigger junior base than Penrith. That's gotta be tempting for the right person on the right contract

David N, Liddle, Luciano are all good. Simpkin and Hoffman are also very good, but young and need time to develop.

I’d hope one of the top 4 wins because they’ve been the best all season and deserve it. I’d like to see a Storm v Penrith rematch, but also Manly are smokeys due to Turbo but I fear they could get shafted in the finals unless everything goes their way

Should be enough to get something done and if not you’ll at least have a good amount in the bank and it’s a pretty big payout so hard to get rid of early

They aren’t very good, but I’ll be cheering for them. Poor fanbase haven’t seen a finals win in forever, plus if they jag a win their draw would be Roosters then Manly/Storm. Sharks fans certainly shouldn’t have any love for those 3.

Also for me… I’d love to see Jamal “not good enough for the NRL” Fogerty do well.

Yep. Really makes a mockery of the rule changes.

1. Make rule change to fix the issue of one team slowing the game down
2. Said team doesn’t care, and keeps holding down anyway
3. Refs do nothing. Can’t apply old rule, and they ignore new rule.
4. Realise that rule change actually made things worse
5. Lie to the punters about the impact
