Jmoz announces his retirement from next year.

Had a great career but ruined it for mine when he carried on like a bitch to get released to join his bro so a bit of karma for mine in how things panned out.

Yep **** him. Hope he trips over on the way to the presser and breaks his leg.

Wow. I didn't hear the presser but that's a huge fine. Must have said some awful things to Mr and Mrs NRL.

Presser is worth a listen, he doesn't really hold back (although he is not without roosters bias)

Fine is not 40k for presser though, just 20k

$10k for alleged abuse of match officials - including stand-by referee on Friday, $20k for Trent Robinson's post-match press conference comments and another $10k suspended fine activated

Imagine abusing the standby referee, he isn't even an active official haha

Thanks mate, I'll have a watch when I can.

You should see the English soccer mate, fourth official is always between the two managers in the dugout and he cops heaps from both of them all game!!

I hate how they go after the ref in soccer, get right up in his face, can only imagine they have just as much respect for the 4th official!

I love football (soccer) but this is one of the worst parts of it along with the diving and overacting. Its seriously a blight on the game how officials are treated.

It's a wonder they have any officials to do the refereeing the way the players carry on.

No one seems to call them out on it - I've even seen commentators refer to an incident as "nasty" when there is nothing in it.

The overacting is abysmal, why the people that run the game can't see it is beyond me.

NRL is getting just as bad in that regard.

Its definitely going that way which is sad.

I wouldn’t be able to handle it mate, i’d just start sending ****s off. It’ll completely ruin the game but seriously its only way to stop it.

There was a video of an African referee being surrounded after a penalty call, they were all screaming at him but he just stood there expressionless not even acknowledging them, then he pulled out his red card and held it in his hand to his side without flinching, they all shut up and ****ed off pretty quick, the ref did not say a word during this whole exchange. Other refs need to take note.

It's minor crushers that are the worst. I'd hate to see the numbers of crushers penalised to charges laid to weeks missed (injury). Must be something like for every 1 week missed with injury there is 15 weeks of suspensions and 50 penalties.

The actual bad crushers are very rare and the typical ones happening is the ball carriers fault half the time or more, and they certainly aren't getting injured by these ones.

If Roosters get beat by the Raiders they probably play them again a week later after giving thr Raiders a psychological boost.

They will certainly be trying on Thursday.

Good point, and if they win they probably play us.
