I'm all for not getting refunds (easy for me to say, I got a cheap one this year)

It's more about supporting your club then what you get out of it.

But in saying that, I'm not going to tell someone that spent $1000-$3000 on memberships that they're not entitled to a refund.

I'd like to see folk who pay for the higher tier memberships at least get a good discount next season

I agree mate. Our membership has already been paid and budgeted for.

I would wait to see if the club offers anything first. I’m sure they’re doing it tough at the moment.

They can't offer anything, they honestly don't know if they'll play a shortened season or if it's a complete write off.

Once they get closer to June 1 it will be clearer

I've got two Silver memberships and pay monthly but won't look to get a refund. My jobs not at risk and I can cover it.

I get for others who can't they should try and get a refund, but if you can afford it's good for the club to let it be. We might get a reduced season, it might just roll into next years membership ?

Atleast it's less games we play at ****ty Kogarah!

Yep agree. If you have a job and can afford it, leave it be.

We appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing us the necessary time to formulate what we believe are the right outcomes for you, our incredibly valued Members.

The 2020 season has restarted, however at present there is no clarity as to member and fan attendance at games. Obviously in the short term at least, the season has resumed with games played in empty stadiums.

We require you to CHECK and UPDATE your details as we are always aiming to improve Membership and accessibility if attendance to games is to be permitted.

Your dedication and loyalty to the Sharks has been unwavering and while we know the uncertainty surrounding the NRL season has been frustrating we can confirm they are exploring options for member attendance which still validates your membership ticket offer.

If this does not happen, we want to offer a membership option roll over and will add your G.A ticket(s) into the 2021 season membership if purchased.

While still to be confirmed it is hoped we can soon announce our intention to include a Members cap and a larger merchandise selection into the 2021 membership pack and will be sure to provide more information on all 2021 season packages when available.

We hope we can count on your continued support now and into the future.

I received an email today informing me, that as I opted in, my membership would be auto renewed on October 28. It doesnt have any information about the memberships, if there's any changes due to Covid etc. FAQ only shows info for the 2020 season. A bit more offered info would have been nice.
