Mate sometimes sides wear away jerseys which I reckon clash more than their normal strip would.

I don't have much interest so don't know stipulations on jerseys worn and when and why. Is there minimum number of games the home, away and alternate need to be trotted out?

I think we should do something like the panthers do and have a new jersey nearly every week. This way they make more money on merch because people buy the ones that look really good and they will be of limited number so there more exclusive. I think they had a away jersey that stayed the same and than at most home games had a new jersey that no one had seen before.

I wouldn't want to dilute our product. It annoys me how the Warriors seem to be running out with a new jersey every week. We should be trying to establish some tradition with our kit. Not continually change it.

For every one good looking Warriors jersey, there are two that look like a rainbow vomited on it.

When Blades made some prototype designs they have have used CFSC in placeholder of a sponsor.

If you ever see a catalouge that certified retailers get, most jerseys come with little black squares on them with SPONSOR TBA.

Maybe cronulla need that memo. We've had tba on every area of the jersey for 3 years

So we've now got our 2015 training jerseys-

I really like the water idea, I actually made a suggestion a few years back to make the blue in our hoops jersey to be water-like after seeing the Fijian Rugby jersey and how good it looked

I don't go much on the players polo or media polo.

I dare say this is our 2015 home jersey unless anymore sponsors jump on board-

Oddly enough, you can't see the X Blades logo on the sleeves, but it is their jersey because it still says Blades in the 'Official NRL Merchandise' box on the hip.

We can't go two years in the comp without an away jersey, and as long as we have Labour Health and ONE Solutions signed on for 2015, I can't see why we won't definitely have one.

Then again, where's our 2014 Black jersey us members picked?

These training vests remind me of the hyper colour t-shirts from the 80s/90s that eventually faded in the wash/sun and stopped working

As for messing with our away jersey week to week I say no, we have enough bad luck in our existing away jersey and went a while there where we just could not get a win in our alternative black strip. I like what a previous poster said about building some tradition and not diluting the brand

I believe that was me, Gards. Think of Souths and St George, their home jerseys are the same every year. Sure, it might get a little boring but I'm sure the Dragons love the red V. It is iconic. If we can get something like that with our hoops design, I think we would be onto something. I think we need to have some heritage factor in the club. For some reason, I feel like if we do then it might be harder for the NRL to move us if they want to reduce the teams in Sydney.

I'm not sure if it was this thread but people were talking about our 1967 kit. I like that kit but I have two problems with it. It is got that V pattern, that would make us look too similar to St George and we can't have that ;) Also, someone mentioned that it had red numbers. I don't know why you'd ever put red numbers on a light blue jersey. Surely white or black would be best.

The leagues club had a lot on show when I was there yesterday, the new 9's Jersey and blue training shirts and singlets looked amazing in real life

I don't mind our home jersey design changing with the current frequency we experience which is in blocks of years as it's sorta cool having different eras of teams and jerseys that go with it but was more so about changing the away jersey every few weeks would be overkill and the team already play like they don't know each other without slapping on green socks and blurple shorts to confuse the matter

That's a fair point. Since 2000, we've had 5 home jersey designs (I think). That isn't too bad. It is nice seeing a jersey and knowing what time period it falls in (obviously the player wearing it would help as well).

No never change the home jerseys.
look at the afl jerseys you can instantly recognize which team is which

I don't mind having different jerseys for the women in league, indigineous round etc..
But need to keep the traditions of the game.

I agree. The hoops i guess are our traditional jersey (even though not our 1st). The problem is, unlike other clubs whose heritage and heritage jerseys are synonimous with winning something, we dont have that. Our jersey might represent the club and the area but also nearly 50 years of being the jimbob of the nrl.

The club turned over a new leaf last week, maybe looking forward a jersey tweak is in order (white v?)

But u are right about the other specialty jerseys. I bought 9s this year and will get the new 9s again. Theres no hassle not having a new home kit every few years as normally there is 4-5 others to choose.
