The broncos have a Fri night game every round except one. Souths not far behind, At least souths are playing cracking football.

Cant wait to watch brisbane v paraa on my friday night.

And the nrl statement says its the minor premiership fight out on friday nights with souths playing all 4 top 4 teams, but nothing about brisbane being in the 2nd fri nght game every week.

knights got a terrible deal, 2 friday night games against the broncos which will be the delayed game and 2 sunday games also delayed, so if they cant get there that's only 2 games they can see live in 6 weeks

That is a joke. What is the point of Brisbane getting all FTA when they aren't even in the 8? The NRL should have just have done the draw for all 26 rounds when they are just going to give them all to Brisbane.

I loved the excuse the NRL used to give "we don't do all the draw cause we want to see how teams are travelling to determine FTA games". Yeah, I can tell that is what they are doing.

Brisbane is a one team town in arguably the biggest league city in Australia. They should have had a second team a LONG time ago. But of course, Brisbane wouldn't have a bar of that would they?

I agree, we're not playing anywhere near well enough to command FTA. I'm not surprised at all by the draw. If we want to get FTA guys, we have to play well and get into the finals and stay there. Then we'll get FTA games for four weeks!

Yes, we need to, but clearly other teams don't. That is the disappointment for me. Although it is expected.

Yes, I agree. We don't exactly play the most exciting brand of football. But what excuse does Brisbane have for getting all of their games on FTA? They are not in the 8. Only because of the market they are in.

Our game at home against the Roosters, both teams currently in the 8. At the moment, you can't tell me that a Panthers/Broncos game (or for that matter) a Storm/Eels game would be a better contest then our game against the Roosters which is on a Monday. You would think just by the teams position on the ladder what would be a good game and what wouldn't be. Like 3 vs 16 in the case of the Storm/Eels.

I would hardly say that playing well equates to FTA games given the number that Parramatta have been given. More likely the number of supporters watching.
