If you take a look in this thread, there are heaps of people shooting down Ange and making it out like Spurs are completely out of his league. I disagree with that.

AVB was a big name manager at the time you signed him, he was touted as the next Mourinho. I’m not trying to poke fun mate, I was being serious.

Also I don’t disagree that Levy is part of the problem. Doesn’t take away from what I’ve mentioned though.
Agree to disagree regarding AVB although i do applaud him for finally jumping on the bandwagon in voicing what the the real issue is at tottenham .
Levy seems to have a huge hard on for any chelsea reject but the problem is they have ambition lol.
The Fighting Cock Forum is definately nothing to guage an opinion off i'll give you that hot tip as you only have to listen to the garbage they send out in their pods
They are honestly up their with Last Word On Spurs tbh
All seem like they're almost on the clubs payroll and in denial of how much of a problem the club has become.
Tottenham aren't even in the picture atm imo , you have City who are well ahead then man UTD liverpool the gooners and Chelsea ( imo they'll be back with poch next season ) , throw in newcastle Villa and Brighton who are all ahead of us
even Brentford have probably moved ahead
Spurs fans need to wake up to the situation Levy has dragged us into
Thats why i say the local fanbase is spineless in not protesting against Levy
Sorry if it's an essay i've written but i'm deadset fed up with reading and hearing about this club atm
Nothing will change under this ownership

Agree with you those teams have jumped Spurs (not Brentford), which is why I’m worried if Ange goes there it could be a mistake as the expectation will be unrealistic.

Understand your frustrations about the ownership but a season can change a lot.

i agree regarding Ange mate 100% but at the same time he didn't exactly leave the socceroos in a great shape either
I seriously think Levy will appoint Brendan Rodgers which really worries me but at the same time for where Levy has us we can't complain
I"d rather blow it all up cause the squad is bloody pathetic and get a Gallardo or Potter type to start fresh with youth and just stick with it
Kane needs to go if he has absolutely any ambition of making a name regarding trophies

Leicester and Leeds gone. Harry Souttar criminally underused by Dean Smith for Leicester. Every good judge thought they looked a whole better with him at centre back but Smith didnt pick him enough, now they’ve paid the price. I hope Souttar gets a move away to a Premier League club.

Quite a shock that Leicester have been relagated. I reckon they would have to be odds on to win the Championship title next season and go straight back up.

I dont know about that.
They are the most expensive squad ever relegated from the Premier League with the biggest wage bill apparently. They’re going to have to gut their squad to not spiral out of control into debt. I’ve seen relegated clubs keep dropping like an anchor through the football leagues because of issues like this.

Yeah and Spurs fans are kicking off about it. They definitely do not want him. Its deja vu, I remember Celtic fans were doing the same thing when they got Ange, now they’re all licking his boots.
Haha funny. What would an Aussie know about 'soccer'!

Yea I remember frothy Celtic fans bagging out Aussie football and this no name greek aussie bloke as if Scotland are some powerhouse football nation.

They haven't qualified for the world cup in a fair while and have never progressed past the group stage (something we have done twice) and a Scottish team hasn't won the UEFA championship since the early 80's.

Now Ange can't walk down the shops with his family without being mobbed by all his adorers.

While I am proud and happy for Ange and enjoy the entertaining way Celtic play let's be real - he is coaching in a league that essentially has 2 teams and Celtic has a bigger budget than any of them. And it's not like Celtic haven't won a **** tonne of silverware in the decade leading up to Ange's arrival.

This is not a slight on Ange, I think he has recruited exceptionally well (particularity bringing in gun players from Asia including Japan, Australia ect.), has a well coached and positive team in attitude and play style and he has handled his management, social and media duties with class and competency.

It's just the realities of the league and competition he is currently coaching in. He has it good right now but probably is tempted by the challenge & $$$ of a lucrative coaching gig in England. But the Premier League is on a whole other level

I just hope he doesn't ruin his reputation taking the wrong offer from the wrong club and take on a hopeless situation or more than he can handle. Would love to see how he goes though and will have my support whatever he decides.

I mean, those are actual real residential houses around the actual entrance to the ground. Like actual houses were people live, eat dinner, pork their wives and sleep.

southampton are in the best position because most of their players will stay and the ones that will leave will demand huge fees

leeds somewhere in the middle

leicester are ****ed - they have something like 13 players that can leave on a free and the only players that will demand a fee will be james maddison (one year on his contract so no bargaining power) and harvey barnes, who apparently has a 40mil relegation clause in his contract

-------------------------

on spurs, a lot of "fans on twitter" that respond to tweets about ange seem to not want him and want a big name manager

the worst move they can make is hiring brendan rodgers, so i hope they do

Don't know what there kickin off about, they dont deserve him, and i think he is way too smart to even entertain that idea.
