Aye. I’d take him in a heartbeat.

Any clue on where he’s heading ?

Arsenal, Barcelona and AC Milan are three clubs that have reported interest. I suspect that list might grow after this mornings game.

Keep in mind he was being man marked by Christian Erikson who’s defence is well below par.

Not like it’s just a one off game from him though.

He’s been class for a long long time

Yeah I know, but he’s been outshone by De Bruyne a lot this season I feel. With De Bruyne’s influence hindered by Fred’s man marking, it was his game to shine, which he did with the help of some poor marking from Erikson. That volley was something special, the second goal was a bit lucky but he was still unmarked. Not saying thats the only reason he kicked arse in the match, it definitely isnt, he was absolutely class, but he was good enough to take full advantage of a good situation.

They’re midfield three is seriously the best on the planet.

Just read that City want to keep him now and are working on a contract.

Ange to Tottenham will be announced this week

Definitely looks that way. Romano’s even picked up the story. Its a shame the delusional Spurs fanbase has turned on him before he’s even started. That lot really think they’re bigger then they are.

Ange will not only be the first Australian manager to manage in the Premier League, but also the first manager from the Asian Confederation. Incredible moment for Australian football.

On the one hand I’m delighted Ange gets to make a PL move

On the other, I’m gutted it’s with Spurs. I hate the fact I will have to support them and hope they do well.

Hopefully he proves them all wrong like he did the Celtic fans, but it’s a big ask in the PL with Spurs. Will be interesting to see what happens in the transfer market. It sounds like Madrid are after Kane to replace Benzema.

Yeah look, its a bit of a double edged sword its true. Ange trying to work with Levy will be extremely difficult for him because Levy is a *******, but if anyone is strong enough to work with Levy its Ange.

I mean the guy wants £200m for Harry Kane…… who is in his 30’s………. and in the last year of his contract.

If Levy doesn't let Ange put together the squad he wants he is on a hiding to nothing.

Previous manager Antonio Conte complained that the management did not let him recruit the players to suit the style he wanted to play and that the players themselves are selfish and don't like hard work.

Conte has managed giagantic club teams through Europe with good success including the Italian national team so Ange has some catching up to do on the big stage coaching experience side as his predecessor had an even bigger resume than him.

Spurs have resources and facilities but all reports suggest it's a role that is unmanageable and Levy tries to run it like a NFL franchise or something.

If Ange turns them around he will go down as a legend - I wish the big fella all the best and their fans should at least give him a chance.

Absolutely, been a great player since his days in the Bundesliga at Dortmund. I was hoping he would rejoin Klopp at Liverpool, but cant win them all.

It will be a short marriage between Ange and Levy. If European experienced managers like Jose, Poch, and Conte cant deal with Levy, i dont fancy Ange's chances.
