Anything in the top 6 is a pass mark. However we should make the top 4. If a coach can get you in the top 4 often it is then up to the boys to perform in the semifinals and grand final.

You would like to think with Jimmy Maloney on Board we could do a little better than this year soo........... 4 th or 5th spot should be achievable at the very least in the top 6 again.
If you finish out of the top 8, you generally return early. The further you go into the finals the more time off you're likely to get.
