Indeed you are correct. Apologies but i thought our start was worse

I think our start seemed worse in 2013 because we lost more games by margins bigger than a few points.

We smashed the warriors by 22 so that helped our f/a.

I woulda thought our f/a was worse that year too.

I thought Bird and Val weren't as dynamic as the Roosters game but not a bad thing at all. They still made good contributions but we can't expect them to be brilliant every game.

Ennis clear MOM that's for sure.

Different conditions.

That was Birds first senior game in horrid conditions and he out played Mullen who is no slouch

So, last night. The utter relief in seeing a win was brilliant. I didn't care that it was pissing down with about 20 to go. It could have rained a little more and it wouldn't have bothered me. Taking the hoodie off my poncho and enjoying the rain and moment as we were about to sing Up Up. It was so weird leaving a game after singing the song and feeling happy. I forgot what it felt like but boy was it worth it!

Once we got past early grind and rugby union penalty goal part of the evening, I thought we played an interesting brand of football. Of course, winning makes you think that. We're on a roll now and I hope we don't stop.

Reminded me of the 14-12 win over the bunnies at shark park in 2013. Bucketing down, that drowned walk back to the car was great

Very different and radical conditions last night.
With the roosters game I think bird took them by surprise and the

Knights would have watched the tape
On him as I'm sure the bunnies will do next round and they will work him out.

'working out' a player doesn't mean they will be able to shut him down necessarily. Bird's talent will still have him beating players, scoring and setting up try's. If they put more focus on him then the players around Bird might be more dangerous and get a bit more breathing space

The Beale two step is driving me mad.

Even when he gets the ball with a bit of space, he still performs it.

Whats the go ?

Uncomfortable being on the right side instead of the left? I dunno.
