Anyone that's renewing tonight, are you having problems? I got all the way to the payment screen before it shat itself.

Just took a call today from Nathan in the membership team who was enquiring about my renewal. I rang him back to say I would be renewing but wondered if I could extend the deadline slightly to get some Xmas bills out of the way. Said that was no problem and also outlined the part payment scheme they have. Really nice fellow, spoke well, was polite and nothing was a problem. I asked him if he could email me details of the part payment plan and he happily obliged.

Terrific service and a great start to my 2014/2015 dealings with the club.

That is good to hear mate. Hopefully that level of service is the new standard going forward.

Yes mate, exactly why I let everyone know about it. Doesn't mean it's better yet but it's a step in the right direction.

About a month or so ago, I saw on Seek that the Sharks were advertising for two roles in the memberships team. I think Nathan could be one of those two.

We've been doing the payment plan for a couple of years, saves trying to find the funds in one big hit,
Great that you can make monthly payments through out the year.

Renewed mine a couple of days ago, similar good experience with the chap on the phone, they've got payment now lets see delivery pre xmas. So far so good.

Think it was Nathan I spoke to on the phone aswell, when i asked told me membership packs would be available from the club late December. Great for locals like me

Now a fully paid up 2015 member.

Went with two stubbie holders. One to get loose with and one to keep respectable for occasions such as weddings and award cermonies.
